1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the NuraSafe mobile application and the nurasafe marketing website (together, the “Services”), operated by axon86 (“we”, “us”).

NuraSafe app: fully offline

The NuraSafe application runs entirely on your phone. We do not collect your conversations, prompts, or personal content for analytics, tracking, advertising, or any other purpose. The app performs no tracking and has no server communication for normal use—it is a completely offline app designed to work without sending your data to us or third parties.

The sections below distinguish the app (no data sent to us) from this website (where you may voluntarily submit a support request). This policy is for general information, not legal advice.

2. Who we are

NuraSafe is developed and offered as a product by axon86. For privacy-related requests regarding this website or the app as described below, you may contact us through the channels listed in Contact.

3. The NuraSafe application (local-only, no collection by us)

NuraSafe is built to run locally on your device. For standard operation of the app:

  • No user data collection by us. We do not receive, store, or process your chats, prompts, emergency-mode selections, or on-device files on our servers—because the app does not transmit that content to us for operation, analytics, tracking, or any other purpose.
  • No tracking. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral trackers, or similar technologies that report your activity to us or advertisers.
  • No server communication for app use. Core AI inference, retrieval from bundled knowledge, and chat history stay on your phone. There is no background “phone home” for normal offline use.
  • Processing stays on-device. Prompts and responses are generated using on-device models and local data structures. Technical details are summarized in our How it works overview.
  • What remains on your phone (for example chat history or settings) is stored locally and is subject to your device controls—passcode, backups, and deleting the app.

If we ever ship an app update that introduces optional online features, we will describe them clearly in-app and in this policy before they apply, and we will not enable network transmission of your content without transparency and, where required, consent.

4. This website and support requests (separate from the app)

Visiting this marketing site or sending a support message is optional and is separate from using the offline app. The app itself does not require you to use this website.

When you use the Support page and submit the contact form, you voluntarily provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message content

We use this information solely to read and respond to your inquiry and to operate support workflows. Submissions may be delivered to systems operated by axon86 (for example, a secure webhook or ticketing integration) and processed by authorized personnel.

We do not use your support message to train public models solely because you sent a web form, unless we explicitly ask for separate permission for a specific program.

5. Automatically collected information (website)

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data when you visit pages, such as IP address, browser type, approximate region, timestamps, and requested URLs. We use this information for security, reliability, and aggregated analytics (for example, understanding traffic levels). We do not use this data to identify you personally beyond what is typical for server logs unless needed to investigate abuse or as required by law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This site may use cookies or local storage that are strictly necessary for basic operation (for example, security or session continuity). If we add optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a consent mechanism.

7. How we share information

The NuraSafe app does not transmit your usage or chat data to us, so there is nothing from the app itself for us to sell or share. We do not sell your personal information.

For the website and support only, we may share data you submit there:

  • With service providers who assist us (for example, website hosting, webhook delivery for support tickets, or customer support tools), only as needed to operate the site and respond to you, under appropriate safeguards.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the public.
  • In connection with a business transfer (for example, merger or acquisition), with notice as required by applicable law.

8. Retention

App: We do not hold your app conversations or prompts on our systems; they exist only on your device until you remove them or delete the app.

Website: We retain support inquiries and related metadata only as long as needed to respond, maintain records of communication, and comply with legal obligations. Server logs are retained for a limited period according to our hosting configuration and security needs.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use device protections and strong passwords.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights regarding data you submitted through this website, contact us using the details below. For data stored only on your device, you can typically manage or delete it directly in the app or device settings.

11. Children

NuraSafe is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app (which does not send child data to our servers) or through this site. If you believe we have received such information via the website, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. International users

If you access the Services from outside the country where axon86 or its processors operate, your information may be processed in other countries where privacy laws may differ. By using the Services, you acknowledge such transfer as permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where your consent is required for material changes under applicable law.
